A leading house builder is currently seeking a Technical Manager to support the delivery of innovative and sustainable new developments.
You will have a background in large scale regeneration schemes and a solid understanding of construction techniques & detailing along with a thorough knowledge of building regulations.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate experience of managing both the design process & the professional team within a similar environment and will have delivered projects within programme, budget and specification requirements.
